About the role

This position will primarily be responsible for controlling the safe flow of traffic through active construction project work zones. Use a variety of tools, such as a stop/start paddle, pilot car, and signage. Individuals will be dispatched to various project locations throughout Northern Minnesota and North Dakota.

Requirements

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Critical thinking skills
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Pay

• Base (Training) Wage: $17.50/Hour
• Estimated Project Wages: $24.00/Hour – $27.65/Hour + Fringe Benefits

Schedule

• This is a seasonal position
• Generally requires travel through Northern Minnesota and North Dakota with other work locations as assigned
