Role: Lear 45 Pilot in Command (PIC) responsible for safely operating Lear 45 aircraft, leading a team including Second In Command and medical personnel to provide emergency and patient transport services. Responsibilities Ensure aircraft readiness and compliance with regulations and company standards.Maintain accurate documentation, load manifests, and shift records.Communicate effectively with dispatch, crew, and ground personnel.Collaborate with medical teams to ensure safe transport.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain certifications through ongoing training. Qualifications & Skills ATP Multi-Engine certification; Lear 45 Type Rating preferred.Minimum 3,000 flight hours, including 500 multi-engine and 1,500 PIC hours.Current FAA First Class Medical and valid driver’s license.Experience serving as PIC under IFR, preferably with recent Lear 45 or Alaska Part 135 experience.Willingness to reside within two hours of Anchorage International Airport and respond promptly when on duty. Additional Requirements Ability to work in outside weather conditions and various shifts, including night and overnight.Physical capability to perform duties such as deicing and aircraft maneuvering.
