Fixed Operations Manager

As we continue to grow in Southern California, we're seeking experienced Service Managers and Fixed Operations leaders to drive our next phase of expansion. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and meaningful experiences for customers and coworkers.
• Lead and assist in the growth, development, and sense of community within your team.
• Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership.
• Maintain Manufacturer CSI scores above the district/zone average.
• Ensure all service employees provide common courtesy, instant guest acknowledgement, and accurate price quotes with completion time estimates for additional repairs or maintenance.
• Implement and manage a labor pricing strategy to balance competitive market ranking with maximum gross profit retention.

Requirements

• Current experience as a Service Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, or Fixed Operations Director.
• Proven history of delivering strong dealership performance.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to develop people and build winning teams.
• Leadership grounded in integrity, accountability, and urgency.

Pay

This is a commission-based executive leadership position with expected annual earnings of $200,000 to $300,000+, based on dealership performance and business results.
