Fixed Operations Leader

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization at a very exciting time. While many dealer groups are downsizing, we are investing in the future and expanding. Within the next 36 months, we will be operating from a brand-new, state-of-the-art mega facility next to Walmart in Laurel, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Elevate two already successful service departments to even greater levels of performance and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians and support staff.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and quality standards.
• Manage customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations to meet production goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall dealership performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, business management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
