About the role

A Fixed Assets Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of all company assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the acquisition, disposal, and maintenance of all company assets.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding asset management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for asset management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient use of assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with asset management software.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in asset management.
