Fixed Annuity Specialist

About the role

Regions is seeking a Fixed Annuity Specialist to process fixed annuity documentation received from agents in the branches in an accurate and timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities

• Reviews processed paperwork for accuracy and completion
• Maintains and prioritizes work flow in accordance with internal procedures
• Communicates with agents and branches as needed for additional documentation, resolution of system issues, and follow up
• Analyzes data to determine answers to questions from licensed agents and Financial Advisors related to existing annuity accounts and product information
• Refers unresolved agent/customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation/review

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work overtime on an as needed basis

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills

Pay

Minimum job range target: $40,000.00 USD. Median: $48,310.00 USD.

Schedule

Full time. This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
