About the role
Join Us as a Scotty Cameron Fitting Analyst & Sales Specialist. Deliver world-class putter fitting experiences for golfers of all levels—from passionate enthusiasts to elite Tour players—at the Scotty Cameron Gallery, Studio, and TPI. As a true Cameron product expert, you’ll combine technical precision with storytelling, showcasing the craftsmanship and heritage behind every putter.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced fitting sessions using proprietary analysis tools
- Customize putters based on golfer's needs
- Provide tailored recommendations to optimize performance
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge
- Manage inventory and create detailed reports
- Deliver a luxury retail experience
- Absorb and assist with special events
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium value of the Scotty Cameron brand
Requirements
- BA degree preferred
- Thorough knowledge of the game of golf required
- Minimum 3 years in club fitting, player instruction, or testing
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with elite players
- PGA Professional highly preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Lift up to 30 lbs and navigate stairs
- Extensive knowledge of Scotty Cameron brand required
- Expertise in luxury brand consumer interactions
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Teams
Qualifications

Pay
Pay Range: $69,317.00-$86,567.00
