We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We need to parse the job description. First, remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The text includes "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer..." that's EEO boilerplate; we should remove that. Also "About Us" maybe considered "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is about the organization; we could treat as "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings. We have: - POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: Placing/fitting recommended durable medical soft goods by Physician on patients. Responsible for product knowledge and complex billing rules surrounding a variety of medical equipment and supplies. Responsible for maintaining inventory. Maintaining/cleaning department equipment. Identifies patient needs by asking clarifying questions to effectively promote our products and service. That's a summary; could be placed under "About the role" maybe. - Minimum Qualifications Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: NA (skip as no content). Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Required to become Certified Fitter after 1000 hours DME experience. Required to take the BOC certification, become COF certified and Licensed in the State of Minnesota within 8 months of employment. - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: One or more years of sales or customer service experience in a DME or business environment with high service standards required. Ability to solve complex problems and work independently after completion of COF. Skilled in customer service, sales, communication, and telephone etiquette. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and ensure safety of patients. - Preferred Qualifications Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Sales and customer service training a plus. Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: NA Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Basic PC knowledge including Windows and Microsoft Outlook preferred. Experience with inventory management, electronic health care management software, merchandising and performing retail transactions preferred. Knowledge of home medical supplies and equipment, product lines and insurance guidelines for reimbursement is desirable. - Essential Duties: long list of duties. - About Us: description of HealthPartners. - Benefits Designed To Support Your Total Health: description of benefits. - Then EEO statement to remove. No explicit Pay or Schedule mentioned. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. Thus sections likely: About the role (maybe from position summary + About Us?), Responsibilities (Essential Duties), Requirements (Minimum Qualifications + Licensure?), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications?), Skills (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities from both minimum and preferred?), Benefits (Benefits Designed...). Could combine. But we need to avoid thin sections; better to have few substantive sections. We could structure:

About the role

Placing/fitting recommended durable medical soft goods by Physician on patients. Responsible for product knowledge and complex billing rules surrounding a variety of medical equipment and supplies. Responsible for maintaining inventory. Maintaining/cleaning department equipment. Identifies patient needs by asking clarifying questions to effectively promote our products and service.

Responsibilities

  • Places and instructs on medical products based on physician recommendations, ensures that the patient is trained in the use and care of the product, completes all documentation needed for billing.
  • ... etc all essential duties as list items. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can break duties into list items. We also need to include qualifications: maybe combine Minimum and Preferred into a "Qualifications" section. But we have also Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities; could be under "Skills". We need to decide mapping. Option: Sections: - About the role (position summary) - Responsibilities (essential duties) - Qualifications (minimum and preferred combined) - Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities) - Benefits But we might duplicate content if we split knowledge/skills across Qualifications and Skills. Better to have Qualifications include education/experience/licensure, and Skills include KSAs. Let's extract: Minimum Qualifications: - Licensure/Registration/Certification: Required to become Certified Fitter after 1000 hours DME experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Sales and customer service training a plus. - Licensure/Registration/Certification: NA (skip) - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Basic PC knowledge including Windows and Microsoft Outlook preferred. Experience with inventory management, electronic health care management software, merchandising and performing retail transactions preferred. Knowledge of home medical supplies and equipment, product lines and insurance guidelines for reimbursement is desirable. Thus we can combine. Qualifications section could contain bullet list of requirements: certification requirements, experience, etc. Skills section could contain bullet list of KSAs: sales/customer service experience, problem solving, communication, telephone etiquette, growth/development principles, PC knowledge, inventory management, EHR software, merchandising, retail transactions, knowledge of home medical supplies, product lines, insurance guidelines. But we need to avoid duplication: some items appear both in minimum and preferred; we can combine. Let's list: - One or more years of sales or customer service experience in a DME or business environment with high service standards. - Ability to solve complex problems and work independently after completion of COF. - Skilled in customer service, sales, communication, and telephone etiquette. - Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and ensure safety of patients. - Basic PC knowledge including Windows and Microsoft Outlook (preferred). - Experience with inventory management, electronic health care management software, merchandising and performing retail transactions (preferred). - Knowledge of home medical supplies and equipment, product lines and insurance guidelines for reimbursement (desirable). - Certification: Must become Certified Fitter after 1000 hours DME experience; must take BOC certification, become COF certified and obtain Minnesota licensure within 8 months of employment. - Sales and customer service training a plus (preferred). Now Benefits section: from "Benefits Designed To Support Your Total Health": description of comprehensive range of benefits to support health, time off, retirement planning, continuous learning opportunities, etc. We'll capture that as prose. Now About Us: Could be part of About the role? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So "About Us" could be considered "About the role"? Might be better to have "About the role" include position summary and maybe also about the organization? But we have separate "About Us" describing HealthPartners. Could we put that under "About the role"? Might be okay but maybe better to have a separate section "About the organization"? Not in list. Probably we should incorporate the About Us into "About the role" as it's about the organization; but the instruction says we can use those headings as examples, not strictly limited. However they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should stick to those headings. So we can put the About Us content under "About the role". Or we could create a separate heading "About the role" for position summary and then maybe another heading "About the organization"? Not allowed. So we combine. Thus About the role section will contain both position summary and About Us description. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO statement. Remove that. Also remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicates like "Responsible for maintaining inventory." appears both in position summary and essential duties? Actually position summary includes "Responsible for maintaining inventory." and essential duties includes "Maintains inventory according to department procedures." That's similar but not duplicate; we keep both. Now produce HTML fragment. We'll need to wrap content in appropriate tags. Structure:
