Fitter, Durable Medical Equipment
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content: Position summary (maybe About the role). Responsibilities (Essential Duties). Requirements (Minimum Qualifications). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Skills (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities). Benefits (Benefits Designed To Support Your Total Health). Pay: not present. Schedule: not present. So we omit Pay and Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Also remove "About Us" maybe? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings. "About Us" could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is about company, not role. Might be considered "About the role"? Probably not. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could include "About the role" using the Position Summary Statement. Could also include "About Us" as part of About the role? Might be okay to include "About the role" with position summary and maybe some about us? But we should not invent. The posting includes "POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:" and then description. Also includes "About Us" paragraph. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Likely they expect those exact headings. So we should produce sections: About the role (using position summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities), Benefits (benefits). Possibly also include "About Us" as part of About the role? Might be separate but not in list. Safer to include only those headings that have content. We have content for all except Pay and Schedule.
Thus produce:
About the role
Placing/fitting recommended durable medical soft goods by Physician on patients. Responsible for product knowledge and complex billing rules surrounding a variety of medical equipment and supplies. Responsible for maintaining inventory. Maintaining/cleaning department equipment. Identifies patient needs by asking clarifying questions to effectively promote our products and service.
But also include the rest of position summary? The POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT includes that. We'll capture that. Responsibilities: list of essential duties. Use- .
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: NA (but NA is placeholder; we should not include filler like "NA". The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). So we should omit lines that are just NA. So for Minimum Qualifications we have: Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: NA (skip). Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Required to become Certified Fitter after 1000 hours DME experience. Required to take the BOC certification, become COF certified and Licensed in the State of Minnesota within 8 months of employment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: One or more years of sales or customer service experience in a DME or business environment with high service standards required. Ability to solve complex problems and work independently after completion of COF. Skilled in customer service, sales, communication, and telephone etiquette. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and ensure safety of patients.
We need to decide where to put Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. There is a Skills section separate. The Minimum Qualifications includes Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. The Preferred Qualifications also includes Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. The instruction says use
for Skills section. So we should separate Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities) maybe combine both minimum and preferred? But we have separate Requirements (minimum qualifications) and Qualifications (preferred qualifications). Skills could be separate. However we have overlapping content. To avoid duplication, we could put the knowledge, skills, abilities under Skills section, and keep Requirements and Qualifications focusing on education/experience/licensure. Let's parse: Minimum Qualifications: - Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: NA (skip) - Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Required to become Certified Fitter after 1000 hours DME experience. Required to take the BOC certification, become COF certified and Licensed in the State of Minnesota within 8 months of employment. - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: One or more years of sales or customer service experience in a DME or business environment with high service standards required. Ability to solve complex problems and work independently after completion of COF. Skilled in customer service, sales, communication, and telephone etiquette. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and ensure safety of patients. Preferred Qualifications: - Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Sales and customer service training a plus. - Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: NA (skip) - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Basic PC knowledge including Windows and Microsoft Outlook preferred. Experience with inventory management, electronic health care management software, merchandising and performing retail transactions preferred. Knowledge of home medical supplies and equipment, product lines and insurance guidelines for reimbursement is desirable. Thus we can structure:

Benefits: The Benefits Designed To Support Your Total Health paragraph. We'll put as
maybe with bullet list? It's prose. We'll output as
. About the role: Use position summary statement: "Placing/fitting recommended durable medical soft goods by Physician on patients. Responsible for product knowledge and complex billing rules surrounding a variety of medical equipment and supplies. Responsible for maintaining inventory. Maintaining/cleaning department equipment. Identifies patient needs by asking clarifying questions to effectively promote our products and service." We could also include the "About Us" paragraph? Not required. Might be considered extra but not in heading list. Safer to omit. Now ensure we don't include filler like "NA". We omitted those. Now output HTML fragment only. Let's craft:
