Then "What Will You Do?" list of duties.
Then "Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…" list of physical requirements.
Then "Your Experience Should Be..." list of experience requirements.
Then "Our Benefits Package..." list of benefits.
Then "The hourly pay scale for this role is $16.50 to 38.50 . Placement within the range is dependent upon qualifications, skill proficiency, and successful completion of onsite skills testing."
Then EEO boilerplate to remove.
We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe the introductory paragraph about Chart and role?), Responsibilities (What Will You Do?), Requirements (Your Experience Should Be...), Qualifications (maybe same as experience? but we can combine?), Skills (maybe from experience?), Benefits (Our Benefits Package...), Pay (hourly pay scale), Schedule (none given, so omit). Also maybe Physical Work Environment could be part of Responsibilities or Requirements? Could be a separate section like Working Conditions but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we must fit content into those headings. We could put physical work environment under Responsibilities or Requirements? Probably under Responsibilities as part of job duties? But it's more about environment. Could be under Requirements? Not ideal but we need to include all substantive info. We could create a section "Responsibilities" that includes both the duty list and physical work environment list. Or we could create a separate "Requirements" for experience and skills, and put physical environment under Responsibilities as a bullet list.
We need to avoid filler headings. So we will include:
About the role
with paragraph summarizing the intro (maybe combine the first paragraph about Chart and the role). Must preserve all substantive info; we cannot summarize away detail, but we can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That suggests we should not omit details, but we can rephrase? It says do NOT summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details, maybe copy them verbatim but within
. We can keep the original sentences. Thus About the role: include the paragraph about Chart's mission, the role's purpose, etc. We'll copy the block from "Ensuring Chart’s Success…" up to "let’s talk." That's a lot of text; we can keep as a single
or multiple
. Probably one
is fine. Then Responsibilities: include the "What Will You Do?" list (bullet points) and also the physical work environment requirements (maybe as bullet points). We'll need to format as
- .
Then Requirements: include "Your Experience Should Be..." bullet points.
Then Skills: maybe we can extract from experience: "Basic reading and math skills. Able to pass a hands-on structure, piping and vessel fitting test and general fitting knowledge test. A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in reading and interpreting blueprints as a fitter". Those could be skills. But we already have them in Requirements; maybe we can put them under Skills and keep Requirements for experience? However we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is okay if it's present in source? But we should not repeat same info unnecessarily? It didn't forbid duplication but better to avoid redundancy. We could split: Requirements: experience (1-2 years). Skills: basic reading/math, ability to pass tests. Or we could combine.
Benefits: list from "Our Benefits Package..." bullet points.
Pay: include the hourly pay scale sentence.
Schedule: none, so omit.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO.
Now produce HTML fragment.
Let's craft:

Pay
The hourly pay scale for this role is $16.50 to $38.50. Placement within the range is dependent upon qualifications, skill proficiency, and successful completion of onsite skills testing.
We need to ensure we didn't include any extra headings like Schedule. Also ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. Check for any leftover location/company info: we omitted location and company name; but that's minor metadata; we can fold into a short p or drop. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it." Location and company are minor metadata; we could include a short p at top before About the role. But we already have About the role heading; we could add a p with location and company before the heading? The instruction: Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /. It didn't forbid having a p before first heading. We could include a short p with location and company. However the instruction about headings: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It didn't say we cannot have other elements outside those headings. It's okay to have a p with location/company. But we might drop it as minor metadata. Safer to drop it? The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we could either include a short p or drop. I'll include a short p with location and company before the first heading. Thus:

Then headings. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. Check for any filler like "commensurate with experience" - none. Check for any placeholders like "not specified" - none. Check for any EEO lines - we removed. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The bullet list under Responsibilities includes all from "What Will You Do?" and the physical work environment list. Did we miss any? Let's verify original: What Will You Do? list: - Review and fit using vessel, piping, and structural fabrication drawings and blueprints. - Laying out of square tubing material for wall fabrication. - Erecting walls, roof, and floor structures. - Fitting advanced piping components and interconnecting spool pipe. - Fitting Manifolds and Vessels to detailed drawings. - Operating Cranes and material handling equipment. - Identify varying material types and grades. - Identify material from cut list to identify lengths and angles. - Review and fit to joint details to fit to the correct tolerances. - Preparing various materials, such as Aluminum and Stainless. - Work with fitting components designed for cryogenic service at high pressure. - Cleaning materials for welding, using power tools and hand tools. - Work with tack
