Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety by initiating, leading, and upholding safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
• Weld steel structural parts as specified per drawing or print.
• Operate a grinder to prepare and finish welds.
• Operate flip rite, transfers, and magnetic drill equipment.
• Perform full visual inspection of parts to ensure all welds are in place and properly applied.
• Communicate effectively with upstream and downstream teams to address safety, quality, and efficiency issues or concerns.

Requirements

• WQ1 (2G) weld certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand weld symbols.
• Experience using an arc gouger.
• Previous crane certification.
• Prior experience in material handling.

Pay

Pay range: $16.71 - $18.98 per hour, plus weekly production bonus.
