Responsibilities

• Design and implement individual exercise programs tailored to members' needs, considering their experience, medical history, and personal fitness goals.
• Provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional "Judgment Free" member experience.
• Ensure all training sessions are conducted safely, effectively, and appropriately for members with varying fitness levels.

Qualifications

• Continual standing and walking during shifts.
• Continuous communication with members and potential members, both in person and via phone.
• Must be able to lift 45+ pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Nationally recognized certifications such as NASM, ACSM, ACE, NCSF, NSCA, ISSA (discounts and reimbursement available).
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate diplomatic behavior and appropriate language in all interactions.

Schedule

The Fitness Trainer position offers a set work schedule with weekends off.

Pay

This position has a $1/hour premium added to any hours worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Reimbursement for nationally recognized certification up to $300 is available if the candidate does not have a certification upon hire.
