Fitness Test Administrator (PRN)

Responsibilities

• Set up test stations to specification; verify measured distances and lap markers.
• Administer events in sequence; enforce form standards and counting rules; record official times.
• Enter data into the secure field app; reconcile discrepancies with the Site Lead.
• Support two-person validation and sign the score sheet.
• Perform written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks).
• Apply consistent "no-rep" protocols with clear verbal cues that do not confer advantage.
• Record rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability.
• Complete a quarterly skills check (timing accuracy and counting concordance within tolerance).

Requirements

• Experience officiating or administering fitness assessments.
• Hold a recognized fitness credential or equivalent coaching background.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and consistency under written SOPs.

Qualifications

• Professionalism, consistency, and care for the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS).
• Experience setting up test stations and verifying measured distances and lap markers.
• Ability to enforce form standards and counting rules during events.
• Knowledge of how to enter data into a secure field app and reconcile discrepancies.
• Experience performing written calibration checks at setup (distance verification and timer spot-checks).
• Ability to apply consistent "no-rep" protocols with clear verbal cues that do not confer advantage.
• Experience recording rest intervals to the session timeline to support auditability.
• Experience completing a quarterly skills check (timing accuracy and counting concordance within tolerance).

Pay

The hourly rate for this position has been established at: $36.51. This rate represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Schedule

Sessions are scheduled in three-hour blocks with the FTA typically working three hours per event.
