Exercise Specialist PRN
Position
The Clinical Exercise Specialist demonstrates knowledge and skills in the care of Cardiac Rehabilitation patients. The position applies scientific principles of conditioning and motivational techniques to design exercise programs for persons with cardiopulmonary and metabolic diseases. The position performs outpatient cardiac rehabilitation services in a basic case management role.
Qualifications
- BLS required through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross; ACLS preferred.
- Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare related field, preferred in Exercise Science, Biology, Physiology, or Kinesiology.
- Prior experience in a patient care related field preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other health care team members.

Hourly Wage Estimate: $22.49 - $31.50 / hour

PRN. Weekdays only, no holidays.
