Fitness Studio Sales Manager

About the Role

Our sales managers are responsible for the sales performance and success of the studio. The role encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day lead generation, tracking, and membership sales, as well as managing a sales team dedicated to promoting the SPENGA brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations
• Oversee all sales aspects of the business, including:
  • Lead generation
  • Grassroots marketing
  • Establishing business-to-business relationships
  • Lead tracking
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
• Sell memberships and retail
• Retain and increase client participation
• Submit accurate and timely reports
• Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
• As a SPENGA ambassador, promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Strong management, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients
• Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-end goods & services preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
• Contagious upbeat personality
• Motivation and drive
