Fitness & Strength Coach

About the role
As a Certified Exercise Coach, you will provide one-on-one and small-group strength-training instruction using proprietary technology and a defined methodology. This role focuses on delivering safe, efficient, and highly personalized workouts while creating an exceptional client experience. For those with initiative, there are opportunities to develop skills in client consultations, relationship-based sales, retention, studio operations, and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions tailored to each client
- Conduct consultations, assessments, and ongoing progress evaluations
- Educate, encourage, and build trusted relationships with clients
- Help prospective clients select appropriate memberships and training options
- Contribute to client retention, referrals, and studio growth
- Support daily studio operations while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment

- Willingness and physical ability to participate in our exercise and nutrition methodology
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
Qualifications
- Personal-training experience is helpful but not required
- Experience in fitness, client service, hospitality, education, healthcare, or consultative sales may be valuable
- A degree in exercise science, kinesiology, health, or a related field is preferred but not required
Training and Certification
Successful candidates will receive training in The Exercise Coach methods and technology and must complete:
- The Exercise Coach Certification Course
- CPR/AED certification through a nationally recognized provider

Pay
$7.00 - $20.00 per hour
