Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective, positive working relationships with elected officials, the county management team and the broad based community.
• This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of executive management responsibility within a complex and multi-faceted public sector environment.

Pay

The salary is up to $197,280 annually DOQ, plus excellent benefits including 4.5% deferred compensation, auto allowance and 3% @ 60 retirement formula through the Retirement Act of 1937.
