During your first 90 days, you'll be expected to:

Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to new leads by phone, text, email, and CRM
- Schedule free trial workouts and consultations
- Confirm appointments and maximize show rates
- Consistently follow up with prospective members
- Build relationships with parents, athletes, and adult members
- Maintain accurate notes and excellent CRM discipline
- Welcome guests and create an outstanding first impression
- Conduct facility tours when appropriate
- Support community events, outreach efforts, and member appreciation events
- Aid in front desk responsibilities as needed
- Work closely with the General Manager and coaching staff to help grow the business
Requirements
- One year or more of sales or customer service experience
- Experience with phone sales, appointment setting, or lead follow-up
- Fitness industry experience is a plus
- Experience using a CRM system is helpful
