Primary Responsibilities
- Carry out fitness consultations, including body composition scans, to assess member goals and recommend coaching programs.
- Sell personal training, coaching, and fitness programs.
- Review body composition scan results and educate members on how coaching can help them reach their goals.
- Build value in coaching programs and confidently close sales.
- Follow up with leads, appointments, and existing members by phone, text, and email.
- Generate referrals and create opportunities for new training clients.
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up in the CRM.
- Occasionally conduct club tours for prospective members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term member relationships.
Qualifications
- Sales experience required; fitness industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently.
