About the role

As a Personal Trainer and Reformer Pilates Instructor, you’ll design and coach individualized and small group training programs to help members achieve their goals. You’ll educate clients on proper form, nutrition, and recovery while motivating them to stay consistent and confident in their fitness journey.

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver personalized and group training programs. - Educate clients on proper form, nutrition, and recovery. - Motivate clients to maintain consistency and confidence in their fitness journey. - Collaborate with other fitness professionals to enhance member experiences.

Requirements

- Personal training certification (NASM/ACE preferred). - Experience in Reformer Pilates and group instruction. - Strong motivational skills and ability to build client relationships. - Knowledge of fitness coaching principles and wellness education.

Qualifications
