Pilates Reformer Instructor
About the role
This position leads Group and private Pilates Reformer classes at Goodson Recreation Center. Two classes are being filled: Wednesday Level 1 and Level 2 from 8:30-10:30am.
Responsibilities
- Lead Group and private Pilates Reformer classes
- Must have prior experience in instruction of specific specialty
- First Aid certification is preferred
- Understand and know exercise science, nutrition, and wellness to promote fitness and educate participants
- Communicate effectively and establish and maintain working relationships with employees and the public
- Knowledge of fitness programming principles and practices
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 200 hours + comprehensive Pilates Reformer training or a Primary Group Exercise Certification and a Pilates Reformer Certification
- A combination of certification and training may be considered
- Possession of current CPR/AED certifications

Pay
$29.40 - $37.30 per hour
