About the role

We are looking for a motivated, people-focused individual to join our team and help our members kickstart their fitness journeys. This role isn’t about sitting behind a desk; it’s a hands-on position that blends relationship building with fitness sales. Your day will be spent connecting with new and existing members, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward the programs that will actually change their lives.

Responsibilities

• Connect with new and existing members
• Understand member goals and guide them to appropriate programs
• Build relationships and foster a positive culture
• Provide support and guidance to members

• Outgoing personality
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Genuinely interested in health and wellness

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is not required, but we offer one-on-one training
• Flexible part-time schedule available
