Fitness marketing & Sales director

Job Summary

Our Fitness Marketing & Sales Directors are passionate about the value martial arts and fitness bring to individuals. They are responsible for marketing and selling martial arts lessons to the community. Successful directors can significantly boost a studio's income. They are often the first point of contact for prospective students.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation (systems provided) through monthly advertising and promotions
• Follow and complete daily tasks and business statistics tracking in the Management Manual
• Drive marketing programs to increase student membership sales
• Aid with facility management: ensuring the facility is clean and safe while adhering to brand standards
• Coordinate and execute community events like Parent’s Night Out and White Belt Buddy Bash
• Oversee and implement all corporate initiatives and activities including marketing campaigns and community/event sponsorships
• Achieve new membership monthly goals
• Achieve upgrade goals for all upgrade programs
• Sell 90%-100% of equipment packages such as Basic, Black Belt, Premier Training, and others
• Achieve overall studio revenue goals through down payments, paid-in-fulls, and equipment packages for new and upgrade membership sales, in addition to miscellaneous pro shop sales, tournaments, testing fees, and events

• The ability to work in conditions with multiple priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints
