• Address and resolve member concerns regarding their fitness experience or results
• Act as the primary link between the club and regional/company offices regarding fitness department performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in fitness management, sales, or team leadership
• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, etc.) and CPR/AED certification
• Strong communication, time management, and a deep understanding of fitness revenue metrics
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
• Ability to lead by example on the fitness floor, which includes standing for long periods and lifting heavy equipment

• Experience: Proven experience in fitness management, sales, or team leadership
