Key Responsibilities

• Lead the fitness department and team performance
• Coach trainers to deliver exceptional client outcomes
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of training staff

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with leadership experience
• Excellent coaching, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a results-driven team

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Current Certified Personal Trainer certification (preferred)
• Current CPR and AED
• 1-2 years as a personal trainer (preferred)
• Prior management experience in the fitness industry, leading 5–10+ employees (preferred)
• Successful personal sales experience (required)
