Bonus Structure

Performance‑based bonuses are offered for the presale period, tied directly to personal training and fitness revenue generated before and shortly after opening.

• Presale Kickoff Bonus: Earn $1,500 when the club reaches $15,000 in fitness revenue during presale.
• Ongoing Fitness Manager Bonus (through October 1st): 100% of the bonus is earned by the Fitness Manager based on total fitness revenue (including recurring dues and fitness services). Bonus potential:
  • $20,000 revenue → $4,000 bonus
  • $25,000 revenue → $6,000 bonus
  • $30,000 revenue → $10,000 bonus
  • $35,000 revenue → $15,000 bonus
  • $40,000 revenue → $20,000 bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the fitness department and team performance.
• Coach trainers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of training staff.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with leadership experience.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a results‑driven team.

Certifications / Education

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Current Certified Personal Trainer certification (preferred).
• Current CPR and AED certification.

Experience

• 1–2 years as a personal trainer (preferred).
• Prior management experience in the fitness industry, leading 5–10+ employees (preferred).
• Successful personal sales experience (required).
