Fitness Instructor- UVillage
About the Role
We’re bringing BODYROK to UVillage and are looking for instructors to help build it from the ground up. This is your chance to be part of the founding team, shape a brand-new studio community, and grow with BODYROK as we expand throughout Seattle.
The Bodyrok Experience
Our signature Hybrid Pilates Method is performed on custom-built reformers, delivering a full-body workout in 45 minutes. Expect music pumping, instructors on the mic, nonstop movement, quick transitions, and high energy in a sleek, modern studio. It’s low-impact on joints but high-intensity in results.
Responsibilities
- Command and motivate a room
- Teach confidently on a microphone
- Deliver clear, effective cues
- Create an energetic and engaging class experience
- Understand basic anatomy and biomechanics
- Learn and execute BODYROK’s signature method with precision
Qualifications
- Confidence, energy, personality, and a genuine passion for fitness and music
- Ability to connect with a room, communicate clearly, and bring high energy
- Prior teaching experience preferred but not required
Pay
$40–$70+ per session, scaling with class size, plus guaranteed minimum pay per class, referral bonuses, and opportunities for leadership roles.

Training & Development
All selected instructors complete BODYROK Instructor Certification, learning our reformer method, class structure, cueing system, and coaching style. Certification investment: $1,000–$1,500, with payment plans and limited scholarships available.
Hiring Process

- In-Person Audition: Meet the BODYROK team and showcase your teaching skills.
- Training: Selected candidates will be invited to in-person instructor training.
