Fitness Front Desk Attendant - Athletic Club Westin

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Keep the athletic club clean, organized, and sanitized
• Manage class registrations, pool reservations, and memberships using our computer system
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
• Process sales of memberships, retail items, and guest passes
• Communicate resort policies clearly and courteously to guests
• Lift up to 30 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, move equipment, set up and take down pool lanes, and clear snow from pool furniture in winter
• Participate in or observe fitness classes to fully understand their essence

Requirements

• Outgoing, approachable personality with excellent guest service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Comfort with computer systems and multitasking
• Team player who enjoys helping others
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated guest service skills (previous fitness club experience preferred)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Physical ability to perform duties as described

$20 / hour

Schedule

• Part Time, Year Round
• Open shifts: Saturdays 5:30AM - 12:00PM and 12:00PM - 5:00PM
• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts
