Location: The Athletic Club at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO Start Date: 9/1/2026 Employment Type: Part Time, Year Round Pay Rate: $20 / hour Schedule: Open shifts are Saturdays 5:30AM - 12:00PM and 12:00PM - 5:00PM with opportunity to pick up additional shifts. Job Closing Date: 9/27/2026 or when filled Successful candidates are at least 18 years of age and should bring strong communication and customer service skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, attention to detail, and multitasking are essential, along with a positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, move equipment, set up and take down pool lanes, and clear snow from pool furniture in the winter. Candidates should also be willing to participate in or observe fitness classes to fully understand their essence.
