Responsibilities

• Build and manage a personal training clientele within the club
• Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse group of people
• Interact with a variety of personalities and backgrounds
• Help clients achieve their fitness goals in a healthy and effective way
• Work collaboratively with other trainers to support and cheer for each client
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs

Requirements

• Nationally accredited certification (ACE, ISSA, NASM, etc.), and/or B.S. in Health & Fitness related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience—fitness management and sales experience preferred
• Outgoing personality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Enjoys interacting with a diverse group of people
• Passionate about fitness and changing lives

Qualifications

• Experience and/or related degrees are encouraged but on-the-job training will be provided

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire others
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and routines
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

The customer service of a Workout Anytime Fitness Director must be absolutely outstanding! We are VERY passionate about helping our clients achieve any and all of their goals in a healthy and effective way. Our entire network of trainers (over 175 locations) is expected to work together to provide support and a cheering section for each client.
