Fitness Coach - Riverstone
Job Summary
We Work Hard so Others Can Live More. We’re hiring and currently seeking qualified elite coaches who can deliver an exceptional workout experience to our members and guests!
Ability to Earn
Ability to earn up to $55/class + an hourly rate.
Duties
- Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
- Helping members set and achieve goals
- Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections
- Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate-focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
- Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
- Being a team player
Requirements
- AED/CPR certified – required
- At least 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor
- Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness, such as:
- National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA)
- American Council on Exercise (ACE)
- American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
- Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA)
- National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
- National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF)
- International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) - special provisions apply
