Fitness Center Monitor - Part Time

About the Role

Culver Academies is a private boarding school dedicated to educating students for leadership and responsible citizenship. Our campus, located on the shore of Lake Maxinkuckee in Culver, Indiana, spans 1,800 acres of green hills and woodlands, featuring historic Gothic architecture.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist Fitness Center patrons in using equipment properly.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and monitor safe operating conditions.
• Track facility utilization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or HSE.
• CPR/AED certification.
• General computer skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of proper fitness equipment use.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to work two to three evenings per week and one or two weekends per month.
