About the role
Love strength training and fitness? You don't need personal training, group fitness certifications, or paid experience at a gym! We'll provide comprehensive paid training and give you a raise once you've completed the program.
What You'll Do
- Deliver One-on-One and Small Group exercise instruction to clients of all ages
- Conduct initial consultations
- Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions
- Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
- Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions
- Measure success by tracking studio metrics
