• Stay knowledgeable about Harley-Davidson products, promotions, and financing options
• Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and provide top-notch customer service

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required
• A strong passion for motorcycles, powersports, or the Harley-Davidson brand
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Ability to engage with customers, ask the right questions, and provide personalized recommendations
• A positive attitude, energy, and a team-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn, grow, and stay up to date with the latest Harley-Davidson models and products
• Must be able to pass a background check and be eligible for insurance
