Fit Model – Medium Tops

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide effective feedback on fit, fabric and comfort of all styles.
• Meet all assigned dates and times in the fitting schedules.
• Communicate promptly and effectively on a day-to-day basis (which includes schedule adjustments).
• Stand for long periods of time and change outfit multiples times during a fitting.
• Build a general awareness of measurement points/product education to help effectively communicate on the fit of each garment.
• Able to continue to model is dependent on the Teammate’s consistent size match with the ongoing business needs.
• Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.

Physical Demands

• Sit and stand regularly.
• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Talk or hear.
• Occasionally walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Work Environment

• Office setting.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
