Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and supervision of all participants during programs
• Provide a safe environment for participants, volunteers, and staff
• Be attentive and ready to assist sports staff and participants
• Assist with supervision to ensure all participants remain in designated areas
• Create a friendly, motivating, and noncompetitive atmosphere
• Introduce yourself and build relationships with participants/members
• Arrive on time and in compliance with the YMCA dress code
• Assist with setup and take-down of equipment/sports sites as needed
• Perform other duties/assignments as needed at the YMCA
