About the role
The Senior Director of Building and Grounds oversees the maintenance and cleaning operations of the facility to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for members, staff, and volunteers. This role supervises employees and manages staff selection, scheduling, training, evaluation, and work quality.
Responsibilities
- Addressing maintenance and custodial concerns
- Purchasing and inventorying supplies and equipment
- Monitoring building safety and cleanliness
- Performing custodial and minor maintenance tasks as needed
- Contributing leadership to other center departments or association initiatives
