About the role
The role involves cutting, trimming, and filleting raw seafoods. It requires a strong background in food production, specifically in cutting, trimming, or filleting fish, seafood, meat, or similar products.
Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Handle raw seafood and meat products
- Use knives and other cutting tools safely
- Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work at a fast pace to meet production deadlines
- Ensure cleanliness and accuracy in all tasks
Requirements
- Experience in cutting, trimming, or filleting fish, seafood, meat, or similar products
- Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
