About the role

Part-time, event-based position in partnership with Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee Bucks, and Marquette Eagles. This is a union position paying $23.06/hour.

Responsibilities

• Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction
• Understands content of menu and always exceeds guest expectations
• Adheres to location appearance guidelines and acts with a sense of urgency
• Provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests
• Responds to guest needs and requests while ensuring food quality and timeliness
• Communicates guest issues to management
• Follows cash handling, tip reporting, and responsible alcohol service policies
• Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
• Maintains service areas and employs good safety and sanitation practices
• Thoroughly completes all station setup and breakdown responsibilities
• Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook
• Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
• Always on time and ready to perform required duties
• Helps fellow team members whenever necessary

Requirements

• Lifts and transports up to 75 lbs
• Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain service area
• English reading, writing and math skills required
• Possible job hazards include slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
• Walks and stands during entire shift

Skills and Qualifications

• Able to lift and transport up to 100 pounds
• Able to move and change kegs and operate draft system
• Able to navigate concourse/work areas with guest safety in mind
• Able to maintain warehouse/commissary cleanliness
• Acts with sense of urgency and able to perform in a high-paced environment
• Displays a positive and professional demeanor/communication towards fellow staff and management
• Strong organizational skills
