Job Summary
The mission of the Department of Finance and Administration is to provide Arkansas citizens convenient, effective, and courteous service which will encourage voluntary compliance with tax, license, and child support laws.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage fiscal support operations within the department.
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis.
- Supervise and train fiscal support staff.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in fiscal support, accounting, or financial management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Three years of experience in fiscal support, accounting, or financial management.
- One year of supervisory experience.
