Fiscal Officer

Job Summary Responsible for fiscal and administrative support of assigned areas within Facilities Services & Hospitality Division. Provides budget administration and support for assigned operating budgets. Monitors expenditures, maintains records, and produces quarterly, annual and special reports. Compiles statistics, analyzes data, and issues documents to correct errors. Oversees third-party vendor agreements and accounts. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.Three (3) years of budget, accounting, or finance experience.Related work experience may be substituted for educational requirement. One (1) year of related work experience can be substituted for one (1) year of education. For example, a candidate with a high school diploma, GED or state recognized equivalent and seven (7) years of experience can be eligible to apply.
