Responsibilities

  • Create an engaging classroom where children can learn, play and grow
  • Implement the SC state First Steps 4K curriculum to prepare children for success in kindergarten
  • Support children's social and emotional development
  • Foster learning through STEAM learning and the Creative Curriculum
  • Use our app to communicate and build relationships with families

Requirements

  • Passion for working with young children
  • At least 18-years-old
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Lead teachers will need a BA in ECE or AA with commitment to completing BAP
  • Previous experience working in licensed childcare
  • Ability to pass background checks & health assessments
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies
