About the role
As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional private air travel experiences. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating flights, and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Coordinate flight schedules and confirmations
- Manage reservations and cancellations
- Process payments and issue invoices
- Respond to customer feedback and complaints
- Prepare reports and analytics as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or aviation
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
