Shady Canyon Golf Club, a premier 300‑acre Tom Fazio‑designed course celebrated for its harmony with the natural landscape, is seeking a First Assistant Golf Professional. The role will lead the professional staff and assist the Head Golf Professional in overseeing daily golf operations, collaborating with other departments to ensure an exceptional experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and mentor golf staff.
• Plan, develop and manage tournament operations, communications and promotions through ForeTees & Golf Genius.
• Implement technology into standard daily operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with club rules and regulations.
• Provide private and group instruction to players of all skill levels on a limited basis.
• Oversee golf shop operations, including hard goods purchasing, club fitting program, inventory control, merchandising and communication with the golf shop buyer.
