Job Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of process management applications; project manage onboarding and resolve user issues in a timely manner
- Identify and execute improvements to the operating model, tools, and procedures
- Partner with control functions to ensure alignment with risk and controls policies
- Participate in change management for enhancements and automation
- Execute data sourcing and data quality program plans, including timelines and budgets; monitor progress and resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Manage multiple priorities and deliverables under tight timelines
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices across initiatives
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in financial services or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with relevant data, change management, and visualization tools (e.g., AWS Databricks, Atlassian JIRA, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Visio)
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Familiarity with U.S. regulatory reporting (e.g., FR Y-9C, Call Report, CCAR), controllership functions, banking and brokerage products, and U.S. GAAP
- Risk and control mindset; experience establishing or enhancing internal controls
- Strong process and project management capabilities
- Self-motivated and effective under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, remain flexible, and think strategically
