Firm Account and Engagement Finance Services Specialist

Work You'll Do

• Support one or more engagement teams by helping manage project financials, reporting, and operational processes.
• Partner with project teams to manage budgets, track project financials, forecast revenue and expenses, and ensure projects stay financially on track.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support engagement leadership decision-making.
• Monitor project spending and support billing and collections activities.
• Communicate financial updates, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day project operations and financial management activities across the project lifecycle.
• Identify financial risks, process issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Use established project management and financial processes to support engagement quality and compliance.
• Contribute to team initiatives, knowledge sharing, and process improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience or Business degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic or related discipline and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting and finance principles.
• Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Ability to work in your local office at a minimum of one day per week.
