Work You'll Do
- Support one or more engagement teams by helping manage project financials, reporting, and operational processes.
- Partner with project teams to manage budgets, track project financials, forecast revenue and expenses, and ensure projects stay financially on track.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support engagement leadership decision-making.
- Monitor project spending and support billing and collections activities.
- Communicate financial updates, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Support day-to-day project operations and financial management activities across the project lifecycle.
- Identify financial risks, process issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use established project management and financial processes to support engagement quality and compliance.
- Contribute to team initiatives, knowledge sharing, and process improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience or Business degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic or related discipline and 2 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting and finance principles.
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Ability to work in your local office at a minimum of one day per week.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
