Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as fireproofing pumps, fiber pumps and Graco or Titan paint pumps
- Spray fireproofing on beams, columns, and decks to the required thickness
- Operate scissor lifts
- Adhere to all OSHA standards
Requirements
- Experience working on construction sites and a basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
- Possess an OSHA10 card or be willing to obtain one
- 2+ years' fireproofing, specialty coatings and/or blown insulation industry experience
- Able to set up hoses and pumps
- Able to assemble scaffold; able to work off a ladder
- Able to operate scissor lifts/boom lift/forklifts and lull
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Punctual and consistent work attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate professionally; follow instructions and at times provide instruction
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment; stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods of time
