Firearms Revolver Assembler Lead

About the Role

The Assembly Lead oversees all operations within the assembly area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and production efficiencies to meet internal and external customer standards. This role focuses on building morale and fostering a positive work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and evaluate assembly production employees
• Train and cross-train team members on processes, procedures, and tasks
• Monitor production, throughput, and employee attendance
• Assist in all areas of assembly from start to finish
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly and production issues
• Communicate production concerns, quality issues, and material/equipment needs to management
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Management, and other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes
• Test fire firearms and perform quality checks throughout assembly
• Enforce company policies, safety rules, and regulations
• Coach and assist employees with problem-solving and conflict resolution

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing
• 1+ years of gunsmithing or equivalent revolver knowledge
• 1+ years of experience following ISO procedures and instructions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Forklift certified

Schedule

1st shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Friday overtime as needed.

Special Requirements

• Must pass a background and drug screen upon offer acceptance
• Must meet ATF requirements for firearm possession
