Fire Sprinkler Training Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce entry level employees into the fire protection industry
• Demonstrate safe, efficient, quality, and code compliant installations to new employees
• Provide training opportunities for new employees. (Wheels of Learning / State certification)
• Evaluate progress of new employees
• Innovating and result driven mentality

Requirements

• Work experience, training or education in the installation of fire sprinkler systems is a plus
• May work in a variety of business and institutions including commercial, industrial, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, education and government facilities
• Knowledge of foam and fire pumps is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
