Responsibilities

  • Manage field installations, including direct labor, materials, and expenses.
  • Represent Marmic Fire in field site meetings.
  • Maintain necessary equipment and materials to perform work efficiently without lost time.
  • Understand, follow, and communicate contractual scope.
  • Identify out-of-scope work and communicate potential scope changes to project managers and sales.
  • Effectively deliver scope to technicians and subcontractors.
  • Handle documentation and communication with strong technical writing skills for clients, managers, and technicians.
  • Complete and store daily needs logs on time.
  • Execute close-out documentation in a timely manner.
  • Maintain weekly updated redline drawings.
  • Foster a positive team environment with clear communication to ensure commitment to safety, integrity, growth, and professionalism.
  • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings; be familiar with installation techniques.
  • Travel as needed, with potential for extended periods.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of construction experience in fire sprinkler systems.
  • Fire Sprinkler State License.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles relative to operations.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings, with ongoing compliance.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving equipment over 50 lbs, climbing ladders, using high-lift equipment, and working in confined spaces.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.

Preferred Qualifications

  • NICET Certification.
