Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, test, service, and repair fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFP A standards
- Diagnose system issues and perform corrective repairs
- Replace sprinkler heads, valves, gauges, fittings, and related components
- Perform annual, quarterly, and periodic inspections and testing
- Document inspections, deficiencies, and repairs accurately
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers in a professional manner
- Cookordination service calls and follow up on corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with NFP A, AHJ requirements, and company policies
- Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times
What You’ll Bring
- A high school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of fire sprinkler service experience
- Working knowledge of NFPA 13, 13D, 13R, and NFPA 25
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Work in mechanical rooms, ceilings, and confined spaces
- Willingness to work in varied weather conditions
Preferred Certifications
- NICET (any level)
- State or local Fire Sprinkler Fitter license
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
Work Schedule & Environment
- Full-time, non-union position
- On-call or after-hours service is required
- Commercial and industrial customer sites
